Our story
Fur is the price of good company
Nobody minds it much until it is on the sofa, the car seat, and the one jumper you wanted to wear. Novario Supply makes the small tools that deal with it, so the mess stays a footnote rather than the main event.
Why we started
Every pet owner ends up with the same drawer: a lint roller down to its last three sheets, a brush the dog hides from, a water bowl that only works at home. None of it quite does the job, and you buy the next one anyway because the fur is still on the sofa.
We went looking for better versions and found the same pattern everywhere. Tools built to be cheap rather than to last, sold on claims nobody could back up. So we picked three problems worth solving properly and started there.

How we work
We are a small operation. Our products are made by manufacturing partners overseas and shipped directly to you, which is why worldwide delivery takes seven to fifteen business days depending on your country. It also means we are not paying for expensive regional warehouses, and that saving is passed directly into the price you pay.
Everything arrives in plain packaging. If something is wrong with your order, one message gets it fixed — you will not be routed through an automated system or asked to justify yourself.
